ngiaaaaa~ I've been baking a lot lately. especially biscuits. but I can't bake today because there's no flour! ughh...so I decided to share the recipe here. it's so damn easy!! the ingredients are also very very simple. there's no egg required. I took this recipe from the internet and I learn everything by myself. okay, here it goes...

Simple Oat Biscuits
Ingredients:
  • 1cup - oil (or 250g butter)
  • 1cup - caster sugar
  • 2cups - oatmeal (blended)
  • 2cups - flour
  • vanilla essence
  • (optional) cocoa powder
Steps:
  1. Using a mixer, mix the oil/butter with sugar
  2. Put everything together until they become a dough
  3. Make any shapes you like with the dough and place them on the oven plate
  4. Put it in the oven at 180c for 15-20minute(depends on the shape)
  5. And waaaalahhh~ you're biscuits are ready (optional- cover them with icing sugar/milk powder(Nespray)
see, how simple it is!! my friends said they taste quite good and that simply made my day ^_^
Good luck trying guys. trust your instincts. add anything if you think is needed. be careful not to hurt yourself, like..me..hahaha!
hastalavista. :)
