Ulead Video Studio 11 has been an average video editing software that I've used for some years.
it has an easy interface(picture below) suitable for any beginners.
it has just enough effects to make your video look professional.
overall, a must have beginner's video editor if you are into video making.
just Google the System Requirements. if not mistaken, this software works better on Windows 7 and 'higher'
i got this editor for free from a school activity once. sharing is caring after all.
