How to make delicious Potato Balls

Ingredients
- 4 medium size Potatoes (700gram)
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 pinch of Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Direction
- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes to fasten the time for the it to cook during boiling.
- Mash the potatoes roughly with a fork or potato masher.
- Add some butter and let it melt in that warm boiled potato
- Separate the egg yolk and put aside the egg white to be used later
- Put the yolk in the potato mash
- Add some salt, garlic powder and oregano, then mix well.
- Shape the potato mix into a ball at the size that you prefer.
- Coat the balls with wheat flour, egg wash, then bread crumbs
- You can either put them in the fridge for 30 minutes first or just cook it directly in vegetable oil
- Deep fry the balls until golden brown and put them on a paper towel and serve instantly!
- DONE!
This recipe can make around 40 potato balls with that approximate size and weight!
