How to make very easy crispy almond biscuts
Level: Easy
Prep time: 15minutes
Baking time: 20 minutes - 2 hours
Ingredients:
- 120g almonds
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour (50g)
- 3 egg whites (100g)
- 1sp vanilla extract
Instruction:
- Chop almonds roughly
- Put almonds, sifted flour, and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix with a spatula
- Separate the egg whites and put it in the bowl with the vanilla extract
- Now just mix everything well
- On a baking pan, put some cooking spray, or silicone mat, or good old baking sheet
- Put a spoonful of the mixture on the baking pan with some distance
- Now bake it in a preheated oven for 20-30minutes at 180°
- Let it cool for awhile and serve or store in a jar!
- DONE!
