Dear Sir/Madam,

Permission to Visit Factory

I am writing on behalf of the Consumers Club if SMK Chung Hwa and I would like to request the permission to visit Yummy Choc Factory.

2. We plan to visit the factory during the first day of the school holiday on 17 July 2018. If everything goes to plan, we will reach your centre at around 9 in the morning. There will be 60 students with three escorting teachers. We will be there in a chartered bus.

3. The purpose of our visit as the members of Consumers Club is to learn and observe how chocolates are made. We will be bringing notes and document the whole process so that we could educate others on the process after the trip. Other than that, we would like to purchase some chocolates from Yummy Choco Corner as souvenirs.

4. We would appreciate it if you could arrange for someone to show us around the factory and accommodate for 63 people during this whole visit. Any kind of food and refreshments during the visit will also be appreciated.

5. We shall be most grateful if you could give us the favour to reply this letter as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Thank you.
