Ingredients:
- Banana
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Water
- A pinch of Salt
- A block of Cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for Frying
How to do it:
- Boil some desired amount of banana for 20-30 minutes (recommended saba' bananas originated from the Philippines. Mostly available in Asian countries used for deep frying and boiling)
- While waiting, prepare the flour dipping. Take 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water, a pinch of salt and mix well. Prepare the cheese block and cut into smaller cubes too.
- Rinse the boiled bananas with some water for a few minutes to let it cool down faster
- Open the skin and take out the banana and put in a bowl to mash it
- Once cool enough to handle, shape it into a flat round and put a cube of cheese inside, then make it into a ball
- Dip the banana into the flour dipping and then into the breadcrumbs
- Shape it properly into a ball and then deep fry it!
- While frying, make sure to always move it around to allow consistent frying all around the ball
- Once golden brown, take it out on a drying rack or on a kitchen tissue and let it rest
- Serve while it's hot, or not! Best for tea time and snacking!!!!!!!
