Ingredients:
- Bread - 4 pieces (or more because this created 2 sets of sandwich using smaller sized bread)
- Potato - Small
- Egg - 1 pieces
- Cabbage - a handful (chopped)
- Surimi / Imitation Crab Stick - 1 pieces
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Strawberry Jam
Instructions:
- Boil and egg for 10 minutes and the put it in a running cold water for 1-2 minutes then dice it smaller
- Peel, wash and dice some potatoes and boil it for about 15 minutes
- Strain the potatoes and put in a bowl along with some diced boiled egg.
- Put some salt, black pepper and 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well. Just add more mayonnaise if it still seems too dry
- Then boil a stick of imitation crab for about 1 minute. Strain it and put in a bowl of chopped cabbage. Shred the imitation crab too and the put salt, black pepper and 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix well. Add more mayonnaise if needed
- Lay a piece of bread on the table, Spread the potato and egg salad nicely
- Layer it with another bread, and spread some strawberry jam on top
- Layer it again with another bread, and spread the cabbage and imitation crab salad.
- Finally, layer the last bread.
- Optionally, you can cut out the side of the bread so it can have a clean and neat look. To be honest, if it wasn't for the video and my needs to take nice photos out of this sandwich, I won't cut the side and just eat them whole. I am not taught to waste food!
