Easy Recipe - Inkigayo

Ingredients:

  • Bread - 4 pieces (or more because this created 2 sets of sandwich using smaller sized bread)
  • Potato - Small
  • Egg - 1 pieces
  • Cabbage - a handful (chopped)
  • Surimi / Imitation Crab Stick - 1 pieces
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Strawberry Jam

Instructions:

  1. Boil and egg for 10 minutes and the put it in a running cold water for 1-2 minutes then dice it smaller
  2. Peel, wash and dice some potatoes and boil it for about 15 minutes
  3. Strain the potatoes and put in a bowl along with some diced boiled egg.
  4. Put some salt, black pepper and 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well. Just add more mayonnaise if it still seems too dry
  5. Then boil a stick of imitation crab for about 1 minute. Strain it and put in a bowl of chopped cabbage. Shred the imitation crab too and the put salt, black pepper and 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix well. Add more mayonnaise if needed
  6. Lay a piece of bread on the table, Spread the potato and egg salad nicely
  7. Layer it with another bread, and spread some strawberry jam on top
  8. Layer it again with another bread, and spread the cabbage and imitation crab salad.
  9. Finally, layer the last bread.
  10. Optionally, you can cut out the side of the bread so it can have a clean and neat look. To be honest, if it wasn't for the video and my needs to take nice photos out of this sandwich, I won't cut the side and just eat them whole. I am not taught to waste food!
